  • What if I need to cancel a session?
    We understand that things happen! Please let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule as soon as possible. If cancellation is within 24 hrs, you will be responsible for a cancellation fee.

  • How does insurance and insurance reimbursement work?
    Performance Project Physical Therapy is an out-of-network provider. If you have insurance, we will submit to your insurance on your behalf for possible reimbursement. If you are a performer and have an open worker's comp claim, we would be happy to work with you. If you don't have either, please reach out about our cash rate options.
  • What can I expect from a session?
    At the initial visit, a thorough evaluation will be performed and an individualized treatment plan will be designed with your specific needs in mind. All evaluations and follow-up sessions are an hour long and one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist. Please note that evaluations for temporomandibular joint and craniofacial pain may be longer than an hour.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    Payment will be collected at the end of each session if applicable. We accept credit card, cash, and check.
